THE ILLUSIONIST - Deserving Oscar nominee for Best Animated Feature! The creator of TRIPLETS OF BELLEVILLE animates an unproduced screenplay by one of our favorite directors, Jacques Tati (MON ONCLE)! An aging French musician travels from town to town in search of stages to perform on, in an age of encroaching rock n' roll revolution that makes him obsolete. In Scotland he meets a lonely teenage girl who believes his tricks are the real thing... If you enjoy this one, check out our Jacques Tati section for more enchantment!

BLUE VALENTINE - Michelle Williams was nominated for an Oscar for her role in this story of a dissolving marriage, intercut with scenes of the couple's courtship years earlier. Ryan Gosling is the husband, sweet but ambition-less, and Williams is the wife who has grown to loathe him despite herself.

BLACK DEATH - We can't wait to see this well-reviewed British tale of blind faith and moral complexity in the time of the bubonic plague. A young monk (Eddie Redmayne, SAVAGE GRACE) joins a band of mercenaries hired by the Church to infiltrate a pagan community which seems to be immune to the plague...

CROPSEY - This acclaimed new documentary about a bogeyman legend come true chronicles a series of mysterious child murders on Staten Island in the 70s and 80s. Complete with satanic cult rumors, a convicted homeless drifter, and a hellish children's mental institution exposed by a young Geraldo Rivera.

NO STRINGS ATTACHED - Best buds Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher want to have their cake and eat it too. This thoroughly modern twosome decide to add some 'benefits' to their friendship. But how can these two attractive human specimens 'just have sex' before they get all gooey and monogamous? Ivan Reitman (Ghostbusters, Kindergarten Cop) directs.

THE VIOLENT KIND - One night at a secluded farmhouse deep in the Northern California woods, a small group of hardened young bikers and their girlfriends are tormented when one of the girls becomes savagely possessed and a gang of "Rockabillies" seemingly from the 1950s descends upon them to collect what is growing inside her. WTF!?

GETTING HIGH - Best friends Hunter (Isaach De Bankole, LIMITS OF CONTROL) and Santo (Kirk Acevedo, BAND OF BROTHERS) are addicts in New York City who become trapped in another reality when one of them begins having visions of a past spiritual journey on the Underground Railroad.
