LITTLE SPARROWS - This Australian drama takes place during a family's last Christmas together, as the matriarch - unhappy in her long marriage and dying of cancer - wonders whether she has provided her three daughters with the strength to make the right choices for themselves.

I'M DANGEROUS WITH LOVE - This new documentary traces an ex-heroin-addict's quest to cure other addicts the way he cured himself, with the hallucinogen ibogaine, an illegal "class A" substance derived from the root of a West African plant. When one of his patients nearly dies, Dimitri Mugianis decides to travel to Gabon and learn about the more traditional uses of ibogaine, undergoing a shamanic ceremony in search of guidance...

ANYWHERE, USA - An often-hilarious indie comedy about life in Asheville, North Carolina, broken into three parts titled Penance, Loss, and Ignorance. In the first, two "redneck" conspiracy theorists tail an Arab that one of their neglected girlfriends met on an online dating site. In the second, a young orphan girl who travels with her stoned, hobo uncle learns she has been lied to about the tooth fairy. And in the third, a middle-class, middle-aged white man suddenly realizes he has no black friends, and sets out to find some...

BEHIND THE BURLY Q - This ambitious documentary chronicles the history of burlesque, a misunderstood art with roots in vaudeville. Narrated by Alan Alda, whose father was actually a burlesque performer, with rare archival footage of burlesque shows and interviews with performers from its heyday. Fascinating stuff!

TAPPED - "Is access to clean drinking water a basic human right, or a commodity that should be bought and sold like any other article of commerce?" This new documentary from the producers of 'Who Killed the Electric Car' is a look into the unregulated industry that aims to privatize and sell back our water.

The honeymooning couple are continuously prevented from consummating their marriage by a string of ex-husbands including Ringo Starr, George Hamilton, and Tony Curtis. This ultra-campy musical comedy also stars Alice Cooper, Keith Moon, and Dom DeLuise. Mae West was 85 at the time!

DREAMCHILD - Sir Ian Holm stars as Charles Dodgson, aka Lewis Carroll, in this 1985 drama about the complex friendship between the shy, stuttering author and Alice Liddell, the young girl he wrote "Alice in Wonderland" for. The story takes place in 1932, when 80-year-old Alice visits New York to accept an honorary degree. Confused by American customs and her newfound celebrity, Alice is haunted by the characters from the books (as envisioned by LABYRINTH-era Jim Henson!), as she comes to a realization about her childhood friendship.
