WHITE MATERIAL - Another critically applauded film from French auteur Claire Denis (BEAU TRAVAIL)! The incomparable Isabelle Huppert (THE PIANIST) plays a white coffee plantation owner in a fictional former French colony of Africa. When sectarian war, anti-white sentiment, and general chaos descend on the country and her workers flee, she refuses to leave, in denial about the situation...

HEARTLESS -  There are demons on the streets of East London, in this British psychological thriller from cult director Philip Ridley. Jim Sturgess (ACROSS THE UNIVERSE) stars as an outcast who gets in over his head when he makes a Faustian deal to become an agent of chaos in the world.

HARRY POTTER & THE DEATHLY HALLOWS: PART I - The beginning of the end for Hogwarts' most famous alumni hits DVD on Friday, April 15!

A SUMMER IN GENOA - This year's Best Actor winner Colin Firth stars as a man who moves his family to Italy after his wife dies in a car accident. The country changes all of them, with his younger daughter haunted by her mother's ghost, and the older one discovering her sexuality. Directed by Michael Winterbottom (A MIGHTY HEART).

COUNTRY STRONG - Gwyneth Paltrow stars as a country singer on a comeback tour after a miscarriage and a stint in rehab. The romantic drama has Paltrow married to her manager (Tim McGraw), who's crushing on young newcomer Leighton Meester, who's crushing on other young newcomer Garrett Hedlund, who's crushing on Paltrow.  Yee-haw, it's a regular love rectangle!

FAREWELL - From the director of JOYEUX NOEL, this real-life spy thriller is based on the story of KGB Colonel Vladimir Vetrov, who became disenchanted with what the Communist ideal had become, and began passing secrets to the American government through a French engineer in 1981. Stars Willem Dafoe and Emir Kusturica.

2033: FUTURE APOCALYPSE - A dystopian sci-fi epic from Mexico, with impressive visuals, this is an allegory based on Mexico's Cristero War, a time when religion was outlawed in the country. The storyline follows Pablo, a numb yuppie who rebels against a totalitarian regime that keeps the population addicted to drugs.

BLACK HEAVEN - This pick from the midnight section of the Festival du Cannes is like the sultry French arthouse answer to TRON: LEGACY. A naive young couple is pulled into a dangerous 3D virtual world when they become obsessed with a mysterious woman in a black hood. This surreal thriller from the writer of FRIENDS LIKE HARRY takes some surprising twists and turns along its dark, future-noir path.

HIGHWATER - This surf doc from Dana Brown, son of Bruce Brown (ENDLESS SUMMER) captures the death-defying thrills of the Triple Crown competition on the North Shore of Oahu, where mega-stars like Kelly Slater, Andy Irons, and 13-year-old Jon-Jon Florence ride "breakers the size of office buildings."

And in our big "JUST ADDED" section of new-to-dvd classics:

KEEPER OF THE FLAME - Spencer Tracy stars as a war correspondent who comes home to write a book about a national hero who's died under mysterious circumstances. The man's wife (Katharine Hepburn), is hostile to the reporter, and he soon finds himself uncovering a conspiracy of wartime propaganda. Directed in 1942 by George Cukor (THE WOMEN).
